Lapdes allows you to create several workspaces organized per project, team or other criteria, giving access to all users. At the same time, through the shared collaboration of comments, inputs and updates, you make sure that every team member is always kept in the know about everything relevant that they should know about.

Create a workspace

To create a workspace, follow the below simple steps:

  • Click on the ‘Create Workspace’ button.
  • Enter name of the workspace.
  • You can also update the name of workspace anytime.
Create a business wiki page

Users can get started with their workspace by creating/adding a wiki page at any time. All you have to do is:

  • Select a workspace.
  • Click on add button to add a new wiki page.
  • Start writing on the text editor.
  • Once you are done, click on save.
Edit a enterprise wiki page

Users can edit any wiki page anytime. All you have to do is:

  • Select a workspace.
  • Select a wiki page.
  • Click on edit button.
  • Click on edit button.
  • Write or modify the page.
  • Click on save button.
Post comments

With the help of comments section, the user can post comments on any wiki page. Click on the 'comment' button and the comment section will show all the existing comments.

Delete a wiki page

Only your team administrator can delete workspaces & wiki pages. If for some reason you wish to delete any workspace or page, please contact your team administrator.

Check page history & restore a page

User can check the history of all the pages that have been modified so far.

  • User can select a page and then click on 'Restore' button
  • All the version of the page is shown on the history page.
  • Date & name of the user last modified the page is also available.
  • Users can compare between two differen page revisions and restore previous revisions.
